The season for winter sports is relatively short. Reaching the core audience in the right time window proves to be a sizeable challenge each year for Klein Oostenrijk. spinchoice developed a set of campaigns to reach the right audience at the right time throughout the season.

spinchoice started with a data-analysis on the sales-files of Klein Oostenrijk to identify opportunities throughout the season. This resulted in a hyper-targeted campaign and look-a-like segments for prospecting to positively impact behavior.

An increase in revenue of 27% year-on-year and a growth in customer base of 1,8%.

Our biggest challenge is to make contact at the right time with our audience. Season 2015/16 we were able to add 1.8% new customers to our 30 year old database. This percentage has contributed to a growth of 27% sales Y-o-Y.
